These sales and delivery conditions apply to product purchases at uk.nicolasvahe.com, eu.nicolasvahe.com for delivery in United Kingdom unless otherwise explicitly stated in said conditions.

With Nicolas Vahé you always get a wide selection of delicacies, drinks and accessories. All products are developed based on a strong philosophy and love of food and good ingredients.

Nicolas Vahé products are thoroughly prepared from ingredients to packaging. These products are made from specially and carefully selected ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, salt, chocolate or nuts. These ingredients ensure high quality products and a great taste experience every time. Our oils are produced from 100% olive oil. Kitchen accessories include wooden cutting boards and plenty of other elements in exquisite designs.

Making a purchase at uk.nicolasvahe.com, eu.nicolasvahe.com is carried out in four steps:

Reg. uk.nicolasvahe.com: Delivery is carried out by GLS, where you can only choose to have the products delivered to a specific address in the UK for 11.30 GBP. GLS. The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days for all products in stock.

Reg. eu.nicolasvahe.com: Delivery is carried out by GLS, where you can choose to have the products delivered to Netherlands for EUR7.60, to Belgium for EUR10.10, to France for EUR13.30, to Finland for EUR14.80, to Italy and Portugal for EUR21.90. The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days for all products in stock

  1. Returns

As a customer of uk.nicolasvahe.com, eu.nicolasvahe.com, you always have 14 days right of cancellation. Nicolasvahe.com do not refund the freight costs when returning, these costs has to be paid by the sender. All you need to do is to follow the steps below:

  1. Fill in your enclosed return note. Note that the number of returned item(s) and reasons for return are mandatory fields.
  2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in a box.
  3. Attach your completed return note in the box.
  4. Send the box to the address below.
  5. nicolasvhae.com do not refund the freight amount. Return costs has to be handled byt the sender.

The cancellation period runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expiries on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve the deadline is extended to the following working day. You cannot cancel your order by refusing to sign for it or to not pick it up.

The item(s) must be returned as new. This means that the goods must be unused, have all the original tags attached and the bag/container must not be broken. The product seal must therefore remain intact. If the above conditions are not met, there will be cases where the item(s) loses all its value, and you will not be eligible to get your money back. This does not apply to already approved returns. If you find that your products are damaged due to transportation, then please take pictures and email them to our customer service, and please return the products.

If you received an item where the fault cannot be spotted with the naked eye, please return the item, and you will be sent a new item.

If you wish to return your item(s), you do so at your own risk. Simply send the item(s) as a package. You are responsible for packaging the item(s) safely. Remember to enclose a return label and get a receipt for return at the post office. Do not send returns per COD. When you cancel, we will refund the payment received from you without any undue delay within 14 days from the date we received your message of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item(s) or you have supplied sufficient evidence that the item(s) have been returned. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. You are not charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

  1. Complaints

When you shop at uk.nicolasvahe.com, eu.nicolasvahe.com you have a 24-month right to complaint against defects and faults, which starts from the time you received the goods. You must make the claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect or fault. A timely, justified claim means that you either get the item(s) repaired, get a price reduction or a refund depending on the specific situation. If the complaint is justified we will refund you your shipping costs, if these are reasonable in the sense that a normal delivery company has been used. The right to complaint is void if the fault or defect was caused by the buyer for example as a result of incorrect use or repair.
